1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using accesspath.app (the "Site"), including joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

AccessPath Inc. ("AccessPath," "we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The waitlist

By submitting your information through our waitlist form, you are expressing interest in AccessPath and consenting to receive communications from us about the platform. You are not entering into a binding contract for any service or payment.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, a spot in any cohort, or any specific opportunity. We reserve the right to manage waitlist access at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Site and agree to these Terms.

By providing your information, you represent that it is accurate and truthful.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or other users' access
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to AccessPath Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees about outcomes or opportunities that may result from using the platform once it launches.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AccessPath Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
